These new sites follow a recent major letting at Unit 6 Athena Court, A.C.Lloyd’s flagship office scheme on Tachbrook Park.  Rybrook Holdings, one of the U.K’s largest privately owned car dealer groups focused on the specialist and luxury car sector, have taken a lease on Unit 6 Athena Court, which will serve as their new headquarters representing names such as Bentley, Rolls Royce, BMW, Landrover and Mercedes Benz. In addition to the motor side of the business, Unit 6 will also house the UK administration facility for Princess Yachts, through their dealership agreement with Rybrook Holdings.
