Gordon Nicholls |
Gordon joined the company in 1953 and through his ability and hard work was made a director in 1956 when still only 25 year of age. When he became Chairman in 1991 he had steered A C Lloyd from humble beginnings into one of the most successful family owned businesses in the Midlands. Gordon is a man held in high esteem not only by his colleagues but by the building industry in general. |

Alistair Clark |
Alistair joined the company in 1983 having just qualified with a degree in Civil Engineering. Initially site based, over the years he has moved up through the company becoming a director in 1997 and then Managing Director in 2004. .Alistair is extremely proud of the excellent reputation for quality and delivery A.C. Lloyd has within the construction industry, a reputation that he will insure the company maintains. |

Roger Burton |
Roger has been with A C Lloyd for over 20 years having previously worked for a couple of National Contractors. With a background in site management he brings a wealth of experience covering all types of construction contracts. In particular his ability to value engineer projects has been of great assistance to many of our clients. Roger was made Director in 1994 |

Hans Skeat FCA |
Hans has been working with AC Lloyd as Head of Finance for a number of years. As an experienced Chartered Accountant he has many years experience working with the SME sector, and since qualifying with KPMG has spent his whole career working in businesses. |

Peter Beddoes |
Peter qualified as a Solicitor in 1979. For many years he was a specialist Corporate lawyer and was Managing Partner of a large provincial law firm for 17 years. He has been a non-executive director of A.C. Lloyd (Builders) Limited since 2004 and a non-executive director of A.C. Lloyd (Asset Management) Limited since 2010. Peter holds a number of other non-executive directorships and is also a trustee of a significant local charity. |

Paul Mayman |
Paul Mayman joined A C Lloyd (Builders) Ltd in 1976 as Assistant Group Accountant with the responsibility of producing monthly cost reports and quarterly accounts. He was also responsible for introducing IT into the company. In 2004 Paul became Company Secretary of A C Lloyd (Builders) Ltd. |
